Vista users have to also extract all files from the zip before running them. One must right click on the file to be run and choose "Run as Administrator" from the context menu. It isn't enough to be logged in as a member of the administrator group. And Vista users should know that many programs have to literally be run as administrator. Nobody should ever have a problem activating these giveaways if one simply runs activate before running setup.
